Resolving exhibitor queries on stall construction and technical specifications
Collecting confirmed exhibitor data: company name, booth area and type, contact details
Coordinating power, water, compressed air, fascia names, passes and additional furniture
Checking exhibitors have login credentials for the online manual and guiding them on its use
Reminder emails and follow-up calls for timely form submission
Advising exhibitors to pre-book before the deadline to avoid last-minute and on-site surcharges
Regular call reports and exhibitor status updates with remarks
Addressing exhibitor concerns with the organizer's operations team
Compiling and sharing final exhibitor data with operations and service partners

On-site operations, venue and vendor management
